Becca Kufrin on ‘Bachelorette’ Front-Runner Garrett Yrigoyen’s Controversy

“Extra’s” Renee Bargh spoke to “The Bachelorette” star Becca Kufrin at Universal Studios Hollywood, where she weighed in on contestant Garrett Yrigoyen’s social media controversy.

Garrett reportedly liked a series of questionable social media posts on an Instagram account that has since been deleted. Though the account was deleted, his social media activity was captured with screengrabs and shared by former “Bachelor” contestant Ashley Spivey.

Of the backlash surrounding the “Bachelorette” front-runner, Becca said, “Everyone has an opinion — that’s what is so great about our country. People are entitled to their own beliefs.”

“That being said, I want to go through that entire journey with people – open to me and open to all the 28 men… I hope that after watching the entire season play out, they can stay open and get to know the guys for who they are,” Becca emphasized.

“The Bachelorette” airs Monday nights on ABC.
