“Extra’s” Renee Bargh recently sat down with Kiefer Sutherland, who chatted about starring in the new reboot of his 1990 film “Flatliners.”

Sutherland revealed, "I had such fond memories of making the first one, and it was at a really important time in my life. It was a thrill for me to go back and do it again.”

Aside from the reboot, Kiefer also promoted his new show “Designated Survivor,” which has him taking on the role of an official who becomes POTUS after a terrorist attack wipes out everyone above him in the line of succession.

“Designated Survivor” premieres September 21 on ABC, while the “Flatliners” remake will hit theaters next year.
