Makeup Must-Dos for Women of Color
Smashbox artist Lori Taylor Davis recently shared tips with “Extra’s” Tracey Edmonds on how makeup should be applied for women of color.
When asked about the differences in applying cosmetics on women of color, Davis responded, “There is no one-size-fits-all product.”
Davis emphasized the importance of primer, concealer, and blush for women of color, naming Sofia Vergara, Jennifer Lopez, Beyoncé, Lupita Nyong’o and Lucy Liu as some of the stars we should be looking to for inspiration. Watch!
