How Denzel Washington Prepared to Be Back on the Big Screen for ‘Equalizer 2'
Denzel Washington is BACK and on time for his first sequel "Equalizer 2."
“Extra’s” Mark Wright sat down with Washington and director Antoine Fuqua as they promoted their action-packed film.
Washington returns as ex-CIA operative Robert Mccall, who is on the hunt for revenge after his friend is murdered.
When asked if the action takes a toll on his body, the 63-year-old jokingly rubbed his knee and said, “See how I rubbed my knee as I answered that question.”
Fuqua revealed that Washington gets up early to train, saying, “He gets up about 5, 4 in the morning, he’s in the boxing ring.”
