"Extra's" Terri Seymour sat down for an exclusive interview with Simon Cowell at his home in Beverly Hills, where he promoted the upcoming 13th season of the hit reality competition show "America’s Got Talent."
At home with his 4-year-old son Eric and girlfriend Lauren Silverman, Simon pointed out that it’s his son who keeps him motivated! He explained, "I actually think it's the best incentive I've ever had to keep everything running as well as I possibly can."
