Plastic Surgeon Dr. Ashkan Ghavami is the guy famous for giving Iggy Azalea her self-described “perky boobs.”
Ghavami recalled about Iggy’s surgery, “She had a breast augmentation back in 2014. We were all a little nervous about it because four days later, she was to dance with Jennifer Lopez at the American Music Awards. It went off without a hitch.”
