Legendary Band Pylon Dishes on Their Legacy
Pylon’s Vanessa Briscoe and Michael Lachowski are looking back at their early days on the music scene in a new interview with “Extra” Senior Music Correspondent Adam Weissler.
The pair also recalled the support they received from R.E.M. and chatted about their new box set “Pylon Box,” which includes four LPs, unreleased tracks, and a 200-page book!
Pylon was a pioneer in alternative music and part of the Athens, Georgia, art school college scene, along with bands like R.E.M. and the B-52’s.
