Vanessa Hudgens Reveals Unexpected Christmas Gift for Boyfriend Cole Tucker
“Extra’s” Katie Krause spoke with Vanessa Hudgens about her new movie “The Princess Switch 3: Romancing the Star.”
Vanessa recently made her red-carpet debut with boyfriend Cole Tucker at the Hollywood premiere of her film “Tick, Tick... BOOM!” at AFI Fest. She gushed, “The best part for me was… looking over and seeing him enjoy himself… in my space.”
Hudgens opened up on their Thanksgiving plans, saying, “We have a Friendsgiving.”
While Christmas is another month away, Vanesa already bought matching PJs for her and Cole. She commented, “I haven’t told him yet.”
Hudgens also talked about the 15th anniversary of her Disney Channel Original Movie “High School Musical,” which put her on the map in Hollywood. She admitted, “It’s just so wild that much time has passed and kids still come up to me to this day to talk about it because they love it.”
Timothée Chalamet recently revealed that he and Zendaya had a “High School Musical” dance party on the set of “Dune.” Vanessa reacted, saying, “I love it… I mean I’m always singing and dancing to songs every day on set or on the streets, so it’s relatable to me.”
Vanessa also talked about the possibility of reuniting with her “HSM” co-star Ashley Tisdale on a project in the future. She said, “I haven’t really seen her that much now that she’s a mom and I am all over the map, but who knows?”
Over the past few years, Vanessa has been busy, making three “Princess Switch” movies, but is this the end for the franchise? Vanessa said, “I'm never going to say never, but, like, I definitely need to step away for a minute.”
In the “Princess Switch” movies, Vanessa is playing three characters, which she admits is very challenging.
While it’s “fun,” Vanessa noted, “I had to really rely on myself to differentiate these characters, which is a lot of work.”
“The Princess Switch 3: Romancing the Star” is out on Netflix now.
