What Rami Malek Did to Get Acting Gigs in His Early Hollywood Days
“Extra’s” Terri Seymour spoke to Rami Malek after his big win at the SAG Awards.
When Terri mentioned that winning prizes beats delivering pizzas, Malek reflected on his early struggles to get noticed in Hollywood. He said, “For a second, I thought I’d list all the jobs where I snuck a headshot and résumé into someone’s takeaway or to-go order. That seemed a bit pointless in the moment.”
Rami won Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role for his work playing Freddie Mercury in “Bohemian Rhapsody.”
