Emma Stone Says Shaving Her Head for ‘Bugonia’ Was Easy & ‘Really Fun' (Exclusive)
Emma Stone and Jesse Plemons sit down with “Extra” to talk about their new Yorgos Lanthimos black comedy “Bugonia.” In the film, two conspiracy-obsessed men (including Plemons’ character) kidnap the CEO of a major company (Stone) when they become convinced that she’s an alien who wants to destroy Earth. Emma reacted to the shaved-head screenings being held in honor of her character and spoke about how it was actually a very easy and fun thing to do. Jesse dished on how Teddy was one of the most "funny, complex, and tragic” characters he’s ever come across. Both Emma and Jesse also reflected on working together again and how this time was different, plus how they spent their downtime between shooting by getting in as much family time as possible. “Bugonia” is out October 31.
