Casey Affleck Jokingly Fuels Sibling Rivalry with Ben Affleck at Palm Springs Film Fest
From Natalie Portman to Nicole Kidman to Casey Affleck, A-Listers have come out under the desert sky for the Palm Springs Film Festival so far.
Casey Affleck is having a big year with the movie “Manchester by the Sea,” and he isn’t about to let brother Ben steal his spotlight. Joking, he said, "First, you have to see my film. If it's sold out, which it might be, go see Ben's — it won't be sold out, but it's still very good."
Nicole Kidman stunned in a cream gown, which had cute paintings on it. She told “Extra’s” Charissa Thompson that her children are her biggest fashion critics. "And I don't listen,” she insisted. "I'm a rebel. I'm teaching them to be rebellious.”
The “Lion” actress did make the quick trip solo, leaving behind her family — including hubby Keith Urban — this time. "They're in Nashville... I flew in for this and I'll fly back home,” she said.
