David Letterman Spends First Weekend of Retirement at Indy 500: 'It's the Perfect Place to Be'
David Letterman spent his first weekend of retirement at the racetrack! Letterman, who owns Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing with former Indy 500 champion Bobby Rahal and businessman Mike Lanigan, was honored by his IndyCar team at the Indianapolis 500 on Sunday in Indiana. The former “Late Show” host talked to “Extra” just before the big race. "Extra" also caught up with actor Patrick Dempsey and Indianapolis Colts QB Andrew Luck.
