‘DWTS’ Star Derek Hough Takes Center Stage in Broadway’s ‘Spring Spectacular’
Derek Hough joined “Extra’s” AJ Calloway at our H&M Studios in Times Square to chat about his sold-out Radio City musical, “Spring Spectacular.”
He’s putting his five-time “Dancing with the Stars” champion steps to work landing perfect 10s with partner Nastia Liukin, all while trying not to step on the toes of a certain sibling.
"There's one particular judge, who's just a nightmare,” joked Hough about his sister Julianne, a judge on the dancing completion show. “She's actually been pretty good busting out a few tens… thanks, Jules!”
Hough revealed he had to step up his workout game as well to compete with Army vet Noah Galloway on the dance floor, joking, “He came in and said, 'Oh how cute you’re using two hands,' so I did one-hand push-ups!”
