Melissa Rivers on ‘Joan Rivers Confidential’ and What Her Mom Would Think of Trump as President
It's been three years since the world said goodbye to comedy legend Joan Rivers, but her daughter Melissa is keeping her memory alive with a new book called “Joan Rivers Confidential.”
“Extra’s” AJ Calloway caught up with Melissa at our H&M Studios in Times Square to learn more.
Melissa revealed that she compiled the book with material from her mom’s archives, calling it “a narrative of the last 50 years of pop culture.”
Melissa also weighed in on what her mom would think of Donald Trump as President, especially after Joan worked with him on “Celebrity Apprentice.”
“I think my mother would be very excited to be living in a time where there is so much material,” Melissa said.
