What Ellen DeGeneres Would Do If She Were President
Days after “Extra” won an Emmy, Mario Lopez made an appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” where he thanked Ellen for gifting cupcakes to the “Extra” team.
When Ellen complimented Mario on a job well done, Mario revealed that people ranked Ellen #1 for the celeb in Hollywood they would like to see as president. As for what she would do in office, Ellen said, "I would get rid of taxes. I don't think we need taxes. I'd have boxes where you can put money in. You should get to choose where your money goes instead of giving it and just letting them decide. I think you should decide.”
Ellen also took a moment to remember the legendary Prince, who appeared on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show" in its first season. Watch!
