Whoopi Goldberg Talks Returning to Her Roots, and Her New Show ‘I’m Coming Home’
“Extra’s” AJ Calloway caught up with Whoopi Goldberg to talk about her new special “I’m Coming Home.”
Whoopi is the executive producer on the show, which was inspired by her recent trip to the apartment where she grew up in NYC for a New York Magazine piece.
Goldberg opened up to AJ about what that experience was like for her and about “I’m Coming Home,” which follows stars like Kristen Chenoweth and Jake Owens as they return to their roots.
“I’m Coming Home” airs on Thanksgiving at 10 p.m. on ABC.
