LL Cool J Reveals Who He Wants on ‘Lip Sync Battle,’ Drops Major ‘NCIS’ News
Actor, rapper, TV host and entrepreneur LL Cool J is doing it all. LL joined “Extra's” Renee Bargh at Universal Studios Hollywood to dish on all of his projects.
LL hosts the new hit show “Lip Sync Battle” on Spike TV, getting some of the biggest names in Hollywood to belt out their favorite songs. He revealed what stars have surprised him so far. “Anne (Hathaway) on the wrecking ball was pretty surprising, I mean, my man Mike Tyson doing 'Push It' by Salt-N-Pepa was pretty amazing, I mean just the show in general, it's a lotta fun, lotta fun.”
As for who he would like to see on the show, he says “Any of these presidential candidates out there who're willing to show they're willing to make fun of themselves, they can relate to people, give LL a call, let's have some fun.”
“Extra's” Facebook fans also had some questions for LL, one wanting to know which celeb he would like to see lip sync his hit “Mama Said Knock You Out?" His answer, “Maybe Betty White, I'd love to see that, Betty please come on, hang out.”
When he's not hanging out with the lip synching stars, LL is hunting down bad guys as special agent Sam Hanna on “NCIS: Los Angeles.” LL dropped a major spoiler about the season finale. “We go to Moscow, Russia… we find out more about Calan's background, more about his life relationship with a guy friend, mutual friend names Arkadi, it gets fun.”
LL also confirmed rumors that Michael Weatherly's “NCIS” character Tony Dinozzo will be joining a crossover episode next season. “Him and Sam don't quite hit it off immediately, and things spiral from there, so it's a lotta fun."
LL is also having fun with his new app Rouse, which allows users to follow each other on all of their social media accounts at once.
“Everybody was saying ' L, where can we find you?' I say, 'Follow me on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram, follow me here, there,' so got with some friends they came up with the app called Rouse, you follow me at Rouse, can track all my social media.”
