Chrissy Metz showed off her 100-lb. weight loss as she arrived to "The View" in NYC. The "This Is Us" star told DailyMail.com that she has been consistently lifting weights and working with a personal trainer. She shared, "I have always enjoyed strength training. I've always enjoyed lifting weights, like I don't want to run unless I'm being chased." She also said of her motivation, "I want to age the best way that I can, and I want to be strong... I am nervous about aging, about osteoporosis or arthritis... it's really about being and staying strong and flexible."

"Queer Eye" star Jonathan Van Ness showed off before-and-after photos from his weight-loss journey, revealing he's down 66 lbs. He wrote, “I want to note, GLP-1s have been a huge help." Van Ness said also he made other "major changes," explaining, "First was my diet obvs, second was way less alcohol, and finally group pilates which has been most pivotal. My mental health and overall feeling is a different universe since last year and the biggest change was group fitness."

Meghan Trainor reshaped her body by lifting weights! She shared in an appearance on "Today" that she tries to hit the gym three times a week and doesn't train every day, insisting, "I'm not crazy." She said, "I didn’t know lifting weights would change my life so much. I was, like, dying, trying to run on the treadmill, and it made me swollen.” Trainor added, "I just saw I can be stronger, you know?”

Country star Jelly Roll revealed he has lost 100 pounds amid a health journey involving diet changes and exercise. His personal chef Ian Larios shared that the singer has been eating a high-protein diet and healthy pre-show snacks, such as a banana with Manuka honey, Stevia and dark chocolate shavings. He has also been doing exercise including basketball, boxing and walking before shows on his Beautifully Broken Tour.

TikTok star Remi Bader's one-year transformation was on full display at the 2024 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. She shared on TikTok, "looked fire last year, looking fire this year. But i'm the only one who needs to tell myself that ;)"

Lizzo showed off her weight-loss results amid her fitness journey! "Guardians of the Galaxy" star Dave Bautista stunned fans by showing off his seriously slimmed-down physique! The muscular Marvel actor revealed on "Insight With Chris Van Vliet" that he’s dropped 75 lbs. in recent year and is the “lightest I’ve been since 19 years old.” His svelte figure was evident as he hit the Toronto International Film Festival premiere of “The Last Showgirl.”

"Euphoria" star Barbie Ferreira showed off her slimmed-down figure on Instagram in a body-hugging dress.

Carnie Wilson is down 45 lbs! She told People she did it without the help of weight loss drugs like Ozempic, and added on Instagram, "I'm so proud and pumped. Knowing that I did this PURELY through diet - no gluten or sugar, no butter and keeping fats down too."

Kelly hasn't commented on the recent weight loss, though she has spoken in the past about her fluctuating figure. She previously told "Extra" that she lost weight after changing up her diet to treat an autoimmune thyroid issue. This time around, fans are calling Kelly's transformation her "revenge body" after her divorce from Brandon Blackstock.

Christina Aguilera flaunted her super svelte figure in skin-tight black leggings as she left "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" with fiancé Matthew Rutler. She has been on a body transformation journey, reportedly dropping 40 lbs. over 3 months.

Country singer and "Yellowstone" star Lainey Wilson showed off her reported 70-lb. slimdown at "A New York Evening With Lainey Wilson." According to reports, hikes and taking up running helped Lainey in her transformation. She also made diet swaps like choosing fruits over dessert and ditching sugary drinks.

"Love Is Blind" reality TV star Irina Solomonova showed off her impressive body transformation. She said she was "so proud of my body" and that she had been "making little choices that just help me feel better inside & out." She also shared that she had been taking berberine, which she referred to as "nature's Ozempic," to curb cravings. "I love food," she said. "I always eat, so I feel this just helped my mind chill out."

HGTV star Tarek El Moussa showed off his buff biceps after a years-long fitness transformation. He shared, "NOW I’m up early every AM to workout, I have a solid routine, I’m taking the right supplements, I’m eating the right food & Hot yoga 1-2 times a week which is so good for my mental & physical state. It all comes down to motivation and perseverance… How bad do you want to feel good?? Once I realized how BADLY I wanted to feel good and be healthy- for myself, my wife, my kids, and my longevity- was the second I put my head down and got to work!!"

HGVT star Erin Napier showed off her hubby and "Home Town" co-host Ben's fitness transformation! She posted a video of him looking slimmed-down in a dress shirt and khakis and wrote, "@scotsman.co got hardcore about his health and fitness last winter ahead of his big shoulder surgery that was in March so he could sleep better on his back and lower his BP. Mission accomplished."

John Goodman, 71, showed off his now 200-pound weight loss at the Monte Carlo TV Festival in Monaco. The "Rosanne" star has shed the lbs. over the years as part of a shift to an overall healthier lifestyle, which began when he became sober in 2007.

Adele lost about 100 pounds, reportedly by following the Sirtfood Diet. It focuses on foods that increase certain proteins in the body that regulate the metabolism, inflammation, and more.

Jessica Simpson lost 100 lbs. after welcoming her third child, with help from celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak. Simpson's diet plan was based on Pasternak's Body Reset Diet. For her exercise routine, Jessica would work out for 45 minutes, three days a week.
