On Tuesday, Gwyneth Paltrow participated in a Q&A at Fast Company Magazine’s 3rd Annual FC/LA: A Meeting of the Most Creative Minds event.

As she was opening new Goop offices in Santa Monica, Paltrow discussed sexism and her daily routine, which requires her to balance work and family.

She said, “My days are pretty packed. I’m also a single mom, so I’m up very early and getting everyone organized and fed, snack-packed and football cleats and all that. Get them to school, and then I exercise and come here.” Watch!

The Oscar winner launched Goop in 2008 out of her kitchen as a weekly newsletter.
