Tom Sandoval & Ariana Madix Defend Lisa Vanderpump’s Decision to Leave 'RHOBH'

Over the weekend, "Vanderpump Rules" couple Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix hit up the MTV Movie & TV Awards, where they weighed in on Lisa Vanderpump's exit from "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."

Tom said he could relate to Lisa’s decision to leave, telling “Extra’s” Renee Bargh, "Filming something where she is that much in the mix, I’m sure it can be hard.”
