Christian Slater Says ‘Dirty John’ Gives Very Detailed Account of Betty Broderick Story
“Extra’s” Jenn Lahmers spoke with Christian Slater and Amanda Peet as they promoted their series “Dirty John: The Betty Broderick Story.”
The series centers on Betty Broderick, who was sentenced to life in prison after gunning down her ex-husband Dan and his new wife after a bitter divorce in 1989.
Slater, who is portraying Dan, teased, “You get to see so many details and get to see how mentally and emotionally these two people got to the place that they ended up in.”
“Dirty John: The Betty Broderick Story” airs Tuesday nights on USA Network.
