Clint Eastwood Praises Bradley Cooper & Lady Gaga in ‘A Star Is Born’

“Extra’s” Renee Bargh sat down with Clint Eastwood as he promoted the film “The Mule.”

During their chat, Clint praised co-star Bradley Cooper for his directing debut in “A Star Is Born.”

Joined by co-star Dianne Wiest, Clint said, “I thought he did a great job. A lot of things that I wasn’t sure about… like he wanted [Lady Gaga]… I wasn’t sure she was right for it, but I think she is stunning in it.”

“The Mule” hits theaters December 14.
