Natalie Portman and Moses Ingram talk to “Extra’s” Mona Kosar Abdi about their new limited series “Lady in the Lake.” The thriller, based on the novel by Laura Lippman, focuses on an unsolved murder, which pushes housewife and mother Maddie Schwartz (Natalie) to restart her life as an investigative journalist. She becomes fixated with the disappearance and death of the so-called Lady in the Lake, named Cleo (Moses). Natalie, who also executive produced the project, opens up about what drew her to the story as well as mastering the Baltimore accent. Moses speaks about her steadfast character Cleo, plus how nice it was filming in her hometown of Baltimore. The ladies also rave about the experience of working together! “Lady in the Lake” premieres July 19 on AppleTV+.
