Iyanla Vanzant on How to Overcome Fear & Thrive During the COVID-19 Pandemic

“Extra’s” Billy Bush spoke with inspirational speaker Iyanla Vanzant, who is sharing her thoughts on the COVID-19 pandemic in the virtual non-scripted show “Fear Not with Iyanla Vanzant.”

“I talk about the three basic human fears that we all have and what the pandemic has done is triggered them," Vanzant said, "and since we're home, we have an opportunity to explore, investigate, make inquiries, so that when it’s over we don’t half to take these fears back out into the world.”

“The very two things that you need to thrive and be, your breath and your thinking, so I think that this is a divine opportunity for us to really a connect with our breath,whether it’s yoga or just breath exercises,” Vanzant added. “And also, your thinking — how are you thinking, because everything begins with a thought.”
