Katherine Heigl’s Husband Reacts to Isaiah Washington’s Tweet
Today, actor Isaiah Washington put out a tweet aimed at his former “Grey’s Anatomy” co-star Katherine Heigl that said, “This woman proclaimed that I should ‘never’ be allowed to speak publicly again. The world agreed with her proclamation back then and protested for my job and my head in 65 languages. I wish I was on Twitter in 2007, because I will NEVER stop exercising my free speech.”
Confused by the tweet, “Extra’s” Billy Bush reached out to Katherine’s husband Josh Kelley, who confirmed she had said nothing to provoke it, adding, “The only thing I can think of is people want to use her name for free fame.”
“Extra” has reached out to Washington for comment.
