Simon Cowell’s Soft Side! Howie Mandel Reveals What You Don’t See on ‘America’s Got Talent’
“Extra’s” Mario Lopez sat down with Howie Mandel at Universal Studios Hollywood, where he promoted the new season of “America’s Got Talent.”
Howie praised fellow judge Simon Cowell for his “frankness,” adding, “If he sees that somebody onstage was taken aback by what he says, what you don’t see on TV is when we go to commercial, he’ll go up and console them and support them… He’s like everybody’s dad.”
“America’s Got Talent” returns tonight on NBC.
