Chandra Wilson & Jason George Tease Meredith’s Future in ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Season 13
During the TCA Summer Press Tour, “Extra’s” Renee Bargh sat down with “Grey’s Anatomy” stars Chandra Wilson and Jason George, who dished on the premiere episode of the upcoming thirteenth season.
Season 12 was a tough one for Meredith Grey, played by Ellen Pompeo. When asked if Meredith is going to catch a break this season, Chandra responded, “Maybe it’ll be the year of exciting things.”
Though Season 13 hasn’t aired, the poster for the season is causing quite the stir among fans, who creator Shonda Rhimes said were overanalyzing things. Shonda eventually took to Twitter to reiterate there is no hidden meaning behind the poster. As for their own interpretation of the poster, Jason said, “Look, I’ve learned… don’t go against Shonda Rhimes. If she says it doesn’t mean anything, then it doesn’t mean anything."
“Grey’s Anatomy” returns September 22 on ABC.
