Hit TV Show 'Gold Rush' Turns Into 'Waterworld' – Mine Faces Emergency Shutdown

Season 7 of Discovery Channel’s “Gold Rush,” which kicked off last week as the #1 show on TV Friday night in key demos, will continue to keep viewers on the edges of their seats tomorrow as the group faces an emergency shutdown and realizes their gold is washing away!

Parker Schnabel reacts when massive mining equipment, which seems to be running smoothly, begins to overload with water, causing some of the gold to be flushed away without being collected. “I’m getting, not antsy, I’m getting scared,” he said. “I care about the gold, I care if we’re losing it.”

To find out what happens next, tune in to “Gold Rush” Fridays on the Discovery Channel!
