Kelly Gray Reveals Her Weight Loss Secret

“Extra” sat down with model-turned fashion designer Kelly Gray, who has been working hard to lose the 40 pounds she gained after a bad breakup.

Gray, who has her own fashion line and store, Grayse, has reconnected with trainer Scott Jansen from her modeling days. She’s already lost 16 pounds with the help of resistance training, walking and sprinting.

Along with the workouts, Scott stresses the importance of cutting sugar. His program “Fast. Eat. Live.” involves intermittent fasting, in which one eats during a specific time period, then fasts until his/her next meal.

As for what she wants to achieve with Scott’s help, Kelly said, “My end goal is to be back in front of the camera. I’d like to see myself not wearing a ton in January.”
