Wagner Moura’s Surprising Admission About Playing Pablo Escobar in ‘Narcos'
Last night, “Extra’s” Renee Bargh spoke to Wagner Moura at the second season premiere of “Narcos” in Los Angeles, where he shared one surprising tidbit.
Though Wagner, who is Brazilian and speaks Portuguese, plays the notorious drug lord Pablo Escobar, he didn’t know a lick of Spanish before taking on the role. He said, “It was hard. It was probably the most difficult thing I’ve done as an actor.”
The second season of “Narcos” streams September 2 on Netflix.
