'Bachelor' Ben Higgins Is Engaged and Dropping Hints About His Fiancée and the Wedding

Ben Higgins just announced he’s engaged, but we won’t know who the lucky lady is until later this month. “Extra’s” Renee Bargh caught up with Ben, who revealed, “It’s really hard.
