Keke Palmer’s Fashion Secret at Billboard Music Awards
“Extra’s” Renee Bargh caught up with "Scream Queens" actress Keke Palmer on the red carpet at the 2016 Billboard Awards, where she dished on her sexy House of Harlowe dress.
Of her skintight dress, Palmer shared, “It’s latex, so there’s a lot going on underneath… I can move because it’s latex, so it stretches.”
