‘Queer Eye’s’ Karamo Brown: ‘We Need to Stand Together and Support Black Lives’

“Extra’s” Charissa Thompson caught up with the Fab Five — Karamo Brown, Jonathan Van Ness, Antoni Porowski, Bobby Berk and Tan France — who just launched “Queer Eye” Season 5 on Netflix.

The guys opened up about Black Lives Matter and the new season.

While talking about his favorite motivational T-shirts, Karamo pointed out that “Black Lives Matter” is what we should be wearing right now.

“We’re in a state right now where the world is finally waking up. Everyone is joining in to realize that black people have been being, you know, killed at the hands of police,” he said.

“And we’re not saying that other lives don’t matter, we’re saying at this moment right now, we need to stand together to support black lives,” he added. “I think it’s a beautiful moment, so that’s what I would be wearing on my shirt.”
