Lin-Manuel Miranda Dishes on His Long Friendship with ‘Encanto’ Co-Star Stephanie Beatriz
“Extra’s” Cheslie Kryst spoke with “Encanto” composer Lin-Manuel Miranda as he promoted the film.
Miranda wore eight songs for the movie, which also stars John Leguizamo and Stephanie Beatriz.
Lin-Manuel raved about Stephanie, saying, “I’ve known Stephanie since we were, like… starving artists in New York in our 20s. I know her voice really well, and it’s the most expressive voice.”
“Encanto” hits theaters November 24.
