Richard Wilkins Talks His Coronavirus Diagnosis
“Extra’s” Billy Bush and Renee Bargh FaceTimed with Australian entertainment reporter Richard Wilkins after Wilkins tested positive for COVID-19.
Wilkins recently came in contact with Rita Wilson, who revealed she tested positive last week. He shared, “Last Saturday night, Rita played a small show at the Sydney opera house. I went backstage, said good day to her. She and Tom were in a small room with a lot of friends and family. And a couple other people who were in that room as well as them have tested positive, as well as myself. And she came in to our studios at Channel 9 in Sydney on Monday. She was recording a song to perform on our morning show.”
He added, “I feel very sorry for her because, damn, this is nobody's fault.”
So far, Wilkins is “asymptomatic.”
