Yolanda Foster Buys $4.59 Million Condo After Split from David
“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Yolanda Foster is getting a new start in 2016!
In December, it was announced that she and ex David were getting a divorce after four years of marriage. Just a month earlier, they moved out of their Malibu mansion, which was put on the market for $27.5 million in 2014. Yolanda has reportedly bought a new condo at the Caryle Residences in L.A. For $4.59 million, according to Curbed.
Yolanda recently posted a pic of herself sitting on storage bins of clothes while cleaning out her closet and wrote on Instagram, "If you have not worn it in the past year, it's probably time to PASS IT ON........ #NoteToSelf #LettingGoOfTheOld #BackToLifeBackToReality 2016.”

Yolanda's daughter Gigi Hadid was recently spotted apartment-hunting in NYC with boyfriend Zayn Malik, who recently described his ideal woman in Billboard magazine.
He said in the latest issue, "I like girls that are a bit chunky in certain areas — the nice areas. I like a fuller woman. I enjoy an intellectual conversation as well, where someone can construct a sentence beyond what hair and makeup they're wearing, and talk about something political or about the world.
