Charles Manson Hospitalized — Is He Near Death?

Earlier this week, convicted murderer Charles Manson was reportedly rushed to the hospital!
TMZ reports that Manson has been undergoing various treatments while being escorted by uniformed cops as his health deteriorates. A source told TMZ, “It's not going to get any better for him."
According to the site, the 83-year-old has been escorted to the treatments with the help of a gurney. Other sources emphasized, "It's just a matter of time."
Kern County Sheriff's Lt. Bill Smallwood would only confirm to the Los Angeles Times that Manson was at a local hospital in Bakersfield. A spokesperson for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation confirmed that he's still alive, but would not say more, since federal and state medical privacy laws stopped the agency “from commenting on protected health information for any inmate in our custody.”
Earlier this year, Manson was hospitalized for severe intestinal bleeding, but doctors were unable to perform surgery since he was too weak. At the time, a source told TMZ, “He's not good. His health is failing."
