Kim Kardashian Strips Down in Desert, Surprised in Brazil for Mother’s Day
Reality mom Kim Kardashian bared her unbelievable body in an intimate desert photo shoot in the latest episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."
Kim looked comfortable flaunting her figure with just white paint covering her privates, and confessed her worries to cameras.
"I have psoriasis, there is nothing I can do about it, so there is no reason I should ever feel uncomfortable," she said. “To make myself feel better, I lay out all my insecurities before I start a shoot, just in hopes that no one will ever be focused on that.”
The mother of North West was sad to be away from her loved ones on Mother's Day, but was surprised by hubby Kanye while in Brazil with a string quartet at dinner, and a thousand roses sent to her room!

Kim revealed in the Instagram post that every waiter who brought food over to her table said, "This is from Mr. West for the best mother in the world!” She added, “Seriously I have the best husband ever!”
