Jason Momoa Shaves His Signature Beard — See His New Look!

Actor Jason Momoa is known for his trademark beard and long hair, but he's changing it up a bit!
After seven years with a beard, Momoa is now sporting a clean-shaven look. In a video, he said, “Goodbye Drogo, Aquaman, Declan, Baba! I'm shaving this beast off, it's time to make a change.”
Momoa's decision to shave was inspired by a new line of canned water. He commented, “I just want to do this to bring awareness because plastics are killing our planet and I think we have a solution. I don't want to bitch about it [but] there's only one thing that will really help our planet and save our planet — as long as we recycle — and that's aluminum.” Watch!
“I wanted to make my own water so I could be an example. So I had a product I could take out to give to the world. And that I could take to other companies in hope that they could do the same,” Momoa shared about his collaboration with Ball Corporation. “I'm on a quest. It's my journey.”
“Please, please. There's a change coming,” Jason emphasized while shaving. “Aluminum. We got to get rid of these plastic water bottles. Aquaman's trying to do the best he can. For your kids, for my kids, for the world. Clean up the oceans, clean up the land.”
