Sarah Hyland Is Too Sick for SAG — Read Her Message
"Modern Family" star Sarah Hyland was expected to attend Sunday evening's Screen Actors Guild Awards, but she had to beg off for her health.
In an upbeat note on Instagram, Hyland wrote, "Sad to say I will not be attending the sag awards today for some health reasons. So I leave you all with an adorable picture from last years @sagawards."
The image she chose was a black-and-white snap of her and BF Dom Sherwood making out at last year's SAG Awards.
She ended her message with a saucy promise that her dress for the evening would have been "turnt."

People magazine reports Hyland has battled kidney dysplasia throughout her life. In April 2012, she underwent a kidney transplant.
