New Couple Alert! Dennis Quaid Is Dating 26-Year-Old PhD Student

Dennis Quaid, 65, and Laura Savoie, 26, are dating, sources tell People.

So far, we know Savoie received her undergrad degree from Pepperdine University, where she was valedictorian. Laura went on to get her master's at the University of Notre Dame. Now, she is a PhD student studying accounting at the University of Texas at Austin, and is likely to graduate in 2021.

Quaid isn't her first actor boyfriend either — Laura was previously linked to Jeremy Piven, 53, during her time at Pepperdine.

Dennis and Laura have reportedly been dating for months. People says Savoie has been sharing pics of Quaid on her private Instagram account, including a picture of the pair with their arms around each other. She included the caption, “Never been happier.” Another snap pictured the couple kissing.

The twosome stepped out publicly last month for a dinner at Craig's in West Hollywood, but she hid her face from the cameras outside.

Quaid previously dated Santa Auzina, 32, for two years. Before that, he was married to Kimberly Buffington, 47, from 2004 until they split in 2016. The exes, who are the parents of 11-year-old twins Thomas and Zoe, finalized their divorce in 2018.

Dennis was also married to Meg Ryan, 57, from 1991 to 2001. They have a 27-year-old son named Jack.
