Variety Power of Women Luncheon Honorees Revealed

Variety will honor some big names — including Taraji P. Henson, Gigi Hadid and Bette Midler — at its annual Power of Women luncheon in April.
CNN Chief International Anchor Christiane Amanpour and Grammy winner Kacey Musgraves will also be recognized at the event, which celebrates Hollywood's most philanthropic women.
In a statement, Claudia Eller, Variety's co-editor-in-chief, said, “Women continue to use the power of their voices to speak out about injustices of all kinds — and they are finally being heard. Our honorees this year have used their influence and platforms to push for change and passionately advocate for others. We hope their work and dedication to social causes encourages future generations to do the same.”
The luncheon, hosted by comedian Michelle Wolf, will take place in April at Cipriani Midtown.
