Devo’s Mark Mothersbaugh on His COVID-19 Battle, Plus: He Talks Postcards for Democracy with Beatie Wolfe
Acclaimed and legendary Devo frontman, composer, and visual artist Mark Mothersbaugh recently struggled with COVID-19 and is now out the other side.
“Extra's” Adam Weissler spoke with Mark about his battle with the illness, saying, “I tried it out. It's something you don't want to deal with if you can help it.”
Mothersbaugh is now doing better and recently teamed up with artist and musician Beatie Wolfe on a new project called PostCARDS for Democracy to help save the postal service during this election season. Watch Adam's conversation with the duo below!
The aim of the campaign is to encourage as many people as possible to support the USPS, our right to vote, and the act of letter writing as a whole via the power of art and community.
Participants can design and send in postcards to be included in a collective art piece by Mothersbaugh and Wolfe, which will be presented physically and virtually. Click here for details.
