Disgraced movie producer Harvey Weinstein is now facing even more charges of sexual assault in L.A.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced today that Weinstein has been charged with three more felony counts each of forcible rape and forcible oral copulation.

According to prosecutors, “Weinstein now faces a total of four counts each of forcible rape and forcible oral copulation, two counts of sexual battery by restraint and one count of sexual penetration by use of force, involving five victims for crimes that span from 2004 to 2013.”

D.A. Jackie Lacey said in a statement, “I am thankful to the first women who reported these crimes and whose courage have given strength to others to come forward. The willingness of these latest victims to testify against a powerful man gives us the additional evidence we need to build a compelling criminal case.”

The new charges stem from an alleged rape at a Beverly Hills hotel between September 2004 and September 2005, and two separate alleged rapes of another woman at a Beverly Hills hotel between November 2009 and November 2010.

Previous charges included two alleged sexual assault incidents involving two separate victims in 2013, and another alleged sexual assault of another victim at a Beverly Hills hotel in May 2010.

Weinstein is currently serving a 23-year prison sentence in New York for rape and a criminal sexual act.

L.A. prosecutors want the 68-year-old in L.A., at least temporarily; an extradition hearing has been set for December 11 in Buffalo.

If convicted, Weinstein faces a maximum of “140 years to life in prison.”

In the past, Weinstein has steadfastly denied all of the allegations against him, maintaining that all sexual encounters in which he was involved were consensual.
