Singer Usher Raymond and his girlfriend Jenn Goicoechea are the parents of a new baby girl!
Last week, Goicoechea gave birth to their first child, who they named Sovereign Bo Raymond.
Along with posting a pic of his bundle of joy’s hand, Usher wrote on Instagram Wednesday morning, “We are feeling blessed and full of love with the arrival of our beautiful baby girl, Sovereign Bo Raymond. 'Isn't She Lovely' by Stevie Wonder on repeat ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ."
Usher is also the dad of sons Usher V, 12, and Naviyd Ely, 11, his kids with ex-wife Tameka Foster.
A source told People magazine, “Usher and Jenn are overjoyed, and so is the whole family, including Sovereign's big brothers. Everyone is so happy and excited."
Earlier this month, Usher revealed that his sons were “elated” and “excited” about their little sister. He shared on “Good Morning America” while promoting his Las Vegas residency, “Babies always bring such joy to a family and [I'm] really excited for my young one — well, my bean's arrival.”
When asked if he had a baby name in mind, Usher told James Corden on his late-night show, “If it's a girl, I don't think that 'Usher' would flow well," he quipped. "To be perfectly honest, I'm trying to figure out which way to go. I got a few names in line, but maybe you can help me — give me some suggestions."
He added, “I've had a few [ideas]. Just been trying to get down to maybe a middle name. My second son has a middle name; Usher does not have a middle name. ... I've been motivated by where we are in life. Something maybe relevant to this time?"
News broke of Usher and Jenn’s baby in August. At the time, a source told Us Weekly, “They are thrilled and very excited.”
The news comes after they were spotted outside a studio in L.A., with Jenn sporting what appeared to be a baby bump.
