It has been a bumpy road for Lilly Ghalichi and Dara Mir, who wed three years ago.
He filed for divorce in August 2019, citing irreconcilable differences, but asked the court to dismiss the case in November. Now, Lilly has filed for divorce, reports TheBlast.com.
The “Shahs of Sunset” star filed the papers in L.A. County, and noted they will need to determine custody for their nearly 2-year-old daughter Alara.
It was at Alara’s first birthday party in early October that Lilly and Dara sparked reconciliation rumors when they were spotted kissing.
At the time, Lilly told Us Weekly, “It’s not like anything atrocious has happened between us that would result in us not being able to be friends or not being able to co-parent or whatever the future may hold for us. I think when two people are married, there is that really deep connection and deep level of love at some point that brought them to that point that got them to get married and make vows to each other."
Ghalichi even hinted they might get back together, “Never say never! We’re like anyone else — you never know what the future holds. We’re just taking it one day at a time!” The following month is when Dara asked a judge to dismiss his divorce filing.
Lilly and Dara started dating in 2016, and wed in May 2017 in Beverly Hills. They welcomed Alara in September 2018.
