First Pic! Colin Donnell & Patti Murin Welcome Baby Girl
“Chicago Med” actor Colin Donnell, 37, and Broadway actress Patti Murin, 39, are parents for the first time!

Earlier this week, Patti gave birth to a baby girl. On Friday, she posted a pic of their bundle of joy on Instagram, writing, “Meet Cecily Philips Donnell, born on July 14th. She's strong as heck and ready to change the world, and we have never loved anything more in our lives.”
Patti also included a quote from the song “Cecily Smith,” featured in the off-Broadway musical “Fly by Night.” The quote read, “Life is not the things that we do, it's who we're doing them with.”
Colin shared the same photo, writing, “Welcome to the world Cecily Philips Donnell, born July 14th. Our hearts are simply overflowing and I'm in awe.”
In a statement to People, the couple gushed, “We are absolutely head over heels in love with Cecily, and parenthood is already the most insane and beautiful thing in existence.”
“Now please excuse us as we drop off the face of the planet for a little while to keep this little peanut happy and healthy, cause she's gonna change the world,” they joked.
A few weeks ago, Patti expressed her excitement over their baby's impending arrival. She wrote on Instagram, “36.5 weeks and this picture perfectly captures the range of emotions we're both feeling 🥰😳 We can't wait to meet her!”

Patti has been documenting her pregnancy since announcing they were expecting in February. At the time, she wrote, “I'm going to be someone's mom!”
Colin added, “We're totally thrilled. At least twice a day we're like, 'Oh my gosh! This is really happening, isn't it?' It's crazy exciting. We're just super, overwhelmingly happy."
Murin learned of her pregnancy while playing Princess Anna in Broadway's musical adaptation of “Frozen.”
Colin and Patti have been married for six years.
