Singer Adele, 31, has been showing off her slimmed-down figure, but exactly how much weight has she lost?
During her vacation in Anguilla with pals Harry Styles and James Corden, Adele opened up about her weight loss to lucky fan Lexi Larson.
Larson, 19, chatted with Adele at Blanchards Restaurant and Beach Shack. She told People, “A few minutes later, Adele came over and sat down next to me and my friend and was like, ‘So what can I do for you girls?' We were so excited. We were talking to her for a little while, and then she got Harry Styles to come over and sit with us also. We took a picture with Harry, and we talked to them for 15 minutes probably.”
Along with showing interest in what Larson wanted to do in life, Adele also revealed that “she lost something like 100 pounds.” Larson added, “She seemed so happy, and she looked amazing. She seemed really confident.”
Her former trainer Camila Goodies recently weighed in on her figure, telling “Extra’s” Billy Bush, “I do believe she changed her lifestyle… she really changed her diet. There is no miracle exercise that can make you look like you lost a lot of weight.”
Reports claim Adele is on the Sirtfood Diet, which focuses on foods that increase certain proteins in the body that regulate the metabolism, inflammation, and more. Billy also heard you can still have red wine, coffee, and chocolate on the diet.
Camila said, “Absolutely… You are allowed to do that in moderation.”
She added, “Cutting calories, you are going to shed the weight… the change has to come from you and I do believe the change was her. [Adele] changed her diet completely and looks fabulous.”
The trainer insisted, “Once you cut the refined sugar, you cut processed food, you cut sodas, you eat a healthy balanced diet — which means lean proteins, vegetables, fruits — your life will definitely change.”
She also believes Adele has taken up Pilates, and she recommends a combo of cardio and Pilates to her current clients.
