She’s lost more than 40 lbs., but how did Adele do it?

Her former trainer Camila Goodis is weighing in on the singer’s slimmed-down figure!

“Extra’s” Billy Bush caught up with Goodis via FaceTime, who said, “I do believe she changed her lifestyle… she really changed her diet. There is no miracle exercise that can make you look like you lost a lot of weight.”

Reports claim Adele is on the Sirtfood Diet, which focuses on foods that increase certain proteins in the body that regulate the metabolism, inflammation, and more. Billy also heard you can still have red wine, coffee, and chocolate on the diet.

Camila said, “Absolutely… You are allowed to do that in moderation.”

She added, “Cutting calories, you are going to shed the weight… the change has to come from you and I do believe the change was her. [Adele] changed her diet completely and looks fabulous.”

The trainer insisted, “Once you cut the refined sugar, you cut processed food, you cut sodas, you eat a healthy balanced diet — which means lean proteins, vegetables, fruits — your life will definitely change.”

She also believes Adele has taken up Pilates, and she recommends a combo of cardio and Pilates to her current clients.

“They get the heartrate up, which is going to burn more calories, and that lean muscle, which is Pilates.”
