Olympian Bode Miller and his wife Morgan just welcomed two bundles of joy.
The couple announced the news via phone on the “Today” show, revealing their identical twin boys were born on Friday. No word yet on their names.

Bode told the co-hosts, “They finally arrived! They had us waiting and waiting and waiting, driving Morgan crazy. She carried them full term.”
“The birth story was actually one of the more crazy things that I’ve ever experienced," he said. "None of the midwives actually made it on time. They started coming over, and by the time they got there, me and my mom were both holding the babies.”
The skier went on to say, “Luckily, my mom was a midwife, but she hadn’t delivered babies in 20-plus years and she’d never delivered twins… We were both pretty relaxed and pretty casual, but we were certainly not qualified to be doing that unassisted home delivery of twins!”
Bode and Morgan are also the parents of son Nash, 4, and son Easton, 10 months. They lost their 19-month-old daughter Emeline in a tragic drowning accident in June 2018. Bode is the father of daughter Neesyn Dacey, 11, and son Samuel, 6, from previous relationships.
When Morgan shared the news about the twins on Instagram, she noted she was thankful to Emeline.
Morgan wrote, “✨November 8th✨ A day that couldn’t have been scripted and aligned more perfectly to bring these two into the world. Birth story is mind blowing and can’t wait to share. Insanely overwhelmed and grateful for all these gifts my baby girl keeps sending.”
Back in August, Morgan announced her pregnancy on the “Today” show and revealed that Bode had wanted identical twin boys for some time.
“From the beginning of our relationship, [Bode] always said, ‘I want identical twin boys, born on my birthday.’ And this time, when we found out I was pregnant, I said, ‘Do you think it’s twins this time?’ And he said ‘No’… Sure enough, identical twin boys.”
The little ones were due just one month after Bode’s birthday.
